We take care of site updates, contest and newsletter management. Instead of an hourly fee for site updates, you pay a monthly flat-fee that will cover everything. You don’t have to worry about anything, if you sign-up for our carefree package - your website(s) will be in caring and professional hands.
Carefree Website Management: $50/month
One of the keys to building up website traffic is giving people a reason to return to your site frequently. The way to do this is to keep your content fresh. Update it monthly if not more often. Advertise specials/new releases, share your latest news, or just write a monthly letter to your customers/readers/visitors.
Janus Portal Inc. offers maintenance services to help you keep your content up-to-date.
Hourly Maintenance Fee: $25.
You will be billed for maintenance at the end of any month during which we have performed maintenance on your site. We bill in 15-minute increments.
Maintenance rates are valid for changing copy or graphics, installing/upgrading plugins/software, adding information, adding pages or even newsletter content formatting. However, changing the fundamental design of your website isn’t Maintenance, it’s a design service, which isn’t included.
Contest Management includes a customized spam-proof contest form, monthly update of contest page on author site, update of mailing list with contest entries as well as email verification.

If you like to own and maintain your own newsletter installation as opposite to our shared newsletter hosting account, we happy to install phpList at your very own site, initial list set-up and customization for sign-up pages inclusive.
